Neybors Child Safety Standard

At Neybors, the safety and well-being of all users-especially children-is our top priority. This document outlines the measures we are taking to comply with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards, as well as local and international laws. These standards are designed to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation, ensure secure app usage, and provide clear reporting mechanisms for users and families.

Policy Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

  • Neybors maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation. All users are prohibited from uploading, sharing, or promoting content that depicts or encourages CSAE. Any violations will result in immediate removal of the content and permanent suspension of the offending account. We work closely with relevant authorities to report and escalate such incidents.

In-App Mechanism for User Feedback

  • Neybors provides an accessible and always-available in-app feedback system where users can report inappropriate content, suspicious behavior, or safety concerns. This includes a “Report” and “Contact Support” feature within the app settings and user profiles. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24–48 hours.

Addressing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

  • Neybors use proactive content moderation practices and investigate all reports of CSAM immediately. Verified CSAM content is removed without exception, and appropriate actions are taken, including reporting to the Philippine National Police – Women and Children Protection Center (PNP-WCPC) and relevant global agencies like the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Compliance with Child Safety Laws

  • Neybors complies with all applicable local and internation child protection laws, including the Philippines Republic Act No. 7610, RA 9975 (Anti-Child Pornography Act), and COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) for digital platforms. We actively update our policies to remain aligned with Google Play’s requirements and legal mandates.
